Location and food - everything was great. The restaurant was not very far from the hotel.

Everything was perfect, including polite staff and perfect location up to the Lakes. The breakfasts were gorgeous, always with a good choice of meals.

I enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean hip new hotel. They offered lots of options for English breakfast. Booked a room with exceptional views over the sea. Central location just next door to the railway station, the Promenade, it was in a good area.

Every detail was ideal, such as staff and food. The room was tidy with a view, had wake-up service, that's cool. Plenty of facilities like: an electric kettle, central heating and an iron.

The small double room was comfortable with comfy beds.

This quiet hotel is definitely a good place to stay, it has very good staff and rooms.

Clean accommodation, welcoming staff who were happy to do anything for you and led by a friendly manager. Brand-new & attractive unit with a view of the bay.

Stuff where useful, outstanding service. Spectacular view, a nice balcony, extra large bed, too. Early check-in, late check-out.

Fair staff, friendly check-in and great bar. Luxurious and heated units with great view of estuary.

This adults only hotel was worth a visit, great value for money. Generous breakfast, exceptionally warm staff, I loved absolutely fabulous location. The rooms were reasonably clean and well-stocked. Had good service.

The accommodation was little with amicable stuff. We stayed in a deluxe queen room and loved a huge bathroom. Plenty of food for breakfast, the food was outstanding.

Location was fab, breakfast was pretty decent.

Everything in this stately hotel was first-class, we really enjoyed it. Breakfast was abundant - lots of meals - bangers and fresh fruit.

It was an excellent experience, great value for money. Staff and food, they were high quality here. The bedroom was separate and had a lovely view on cathedral.

All was spotless, I really enjoyed cool food and staff. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having coffee and two windows. Friendly reception. The property was set in a stunning area.
